💖 YOUR PURRS ARE AMAZING !!! 💖
TA..DA ....
I DON'T HAVE HEART DISEASE ( 100%)
I DON'T HAVE CANCER ( not 100% but low percentage )
I DON'T HAVE FIP ( my bloodwork's results yesterday kicks out this evil completely )
BUT PLEURAL EFFUSION !
Yep, it's still one kind of evil bug but It's a lot less scary.
What me and mom have to do..
Change my diet ( to reduced fat food ), Have my medicine,
Mom has to monitor my fluids ( My daily/nightly respiration counts )
Go to see my VET from times to times.
That's all about it
I still have to stay at hospital. To make sure fluids are not build up too quickly ( my records : every two days ) If it happens again , the specialist will insert the drain tube for mom to empty my fluids at home next Tuesday and I have an appointment to do ultrasound on Monday night as well.
Thanks again for your prayers, for purring, for your good thoughts, for story you do share and advices. Most thanks for your kindness and love shown towards me and mom. It's incredible !
💖 Love you all, Stay heathy ! 💖

Oh the relief! Thank goodness it's something that can be treated. Your poor mom must be exhausted from stress. We will continue to ramp up the PURRS and prayers for you both. Sending lots of love.

ReplyDeleteThat is such a relief! Hugs, love and purrs.
ReplyDeletePuddy, you have made MY day brighter with your perfect news this morning. I am so happy for you and your mom! All my love always.
ReplyDeleteOh! So relieved Mr Poot! I am doing a happy dance. We are hoping that you will be back to normal very soon ♥️♥️♥️♥️
ReplyDeleteWow. Mr Puddy, I must say that I was prepared for worse. This is, relatively speaking, good news! But do they know the cause? I imagine that without knowing what is causing it, the doctors won't be able to treat it, or at the least, it will keep occurring. I think the most common cause of pleural effusion is an infection. Do they know?
ReplyDeleteIn any case, you and your mum must be feeling much better.
That is such a relief, Puddy! Now, let's hope that they can treat the pleural effusion quickly and efficiently. We will continue to purr for you!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
The Chans
We're doing happy purrs and happy dances here, Puddy!! I know you feel a lot better, too, now that humans have finally figured everything out. I know, it takes forever. Anyway, we'll still keep a prayer for you in our pockets that you adjust well to the diagnosis and mom gets her well-deserved rest.
ReplyDeleteLots of love from me and Bridget, Penny and mom Julie xoxoxoxoxoxoxo xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
